Hi, I am Rebecca Ryan and I own Body Essentials. I am a strong believer in alternative health methods. My intention with Body Essentials is to deliver a unique blend of mindful healing modalities that provide maximum benefit to my clients. My focus is to provide my services in a comfortable, caring & nurturing environment.

I offer these quality services - Colon Hydrotherapy, Body Ecology Diet Consultations & Massage Therapy.

My work is by appointment and I do offer some Saturdays & evening appointments.

Throughout the year I offer various workshops on preparing fermented /cultured food to running films on topics such as genetically modified foods (GMOs), artificial sweeteners etc.
